Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact BluePillsRx using the official customer support email address associated with your account or registered order details.

To help us locate and process your request, please include:

• Your order number
• The email address used when placing the order
• The reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation Time Limit

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered the shipping or dispatch process, cancellation is no longer available.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled. The order must still be within the permitted cancellation period and must not have been processed for shipment.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our applicable Refund Policy for information about any available options.

Overnight Shipping Orders

Orders placed with overnight shipping are not eligible for cancellation.

Because overnight orders are processed and prepared for shipment as soon as payment is received, cancellation requests cannot be accepted once payment has been confirmed.

Important Notice

The 2-hour cancellation period applies only to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. We recommend contacting BluePillsRx as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Cancellation requests should be sent from the registered email address associated with the order so that we can verify the request and order information.
